When I try to paste, even just a line of text, it stalls, showing the wait icon but even 15 minutes doesn't get the info copied. Is there something better than copy and paste? Did my new upgrades mess it up? It used to copy just fine.

Hurray you all helped! Thanks so so much. I do think the windows 2003 is the problem, but I made the email go to a printable version and then sent it to a text like you said and it worked. Again, Thanks You all are the best!

I got around it by pasting into a txt doc first....never really had the time to figure it out properly but the problem solved itself when i upgraded to 2007

Firstly, you higlight (select) what you want to copy by dragging your mouse from the begining of what you want to copy to the end or if you need all, you can press Ctrl on the keyboard and press A in addition (make sure you hold the Ctrl down before pressing A).

You now open Microsoft Word or the destination programme that you are copying to and press Ctrl and V (Ctrl + V) to paste the item, after this do not disturb the application from running (i.e. you should not continue to click or press the keyboard after pasting it.

Try to do it with ctrl + c to copy and ctrl + v to paste. If even that don't work, then maybe your connection don't give you to copy, or your browser can't copy.
