Since we're the only superpower, we could tell those little countries that have oil, aluminum, copper, etc. to give us all they have for free or they'll get nuked.

It might work if we nuked one.That is not the American way no matter how many times the liberal say it. We are not in the business of conquest.It is our goal to lift all and that all trade and prosper. Do businesses take advantage of cheap labor and resources?YES. Is it right? PROBABLY NOT. Are they a branch of the government? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

You're not the only country with nuclear weapons though. If lots of people sided against you (which they would) you'd get hit far worse than anyone else. You'd be lucky to have 1 US city left standing if you had all of Russia, China, Britain and France's nuclear weapons hit you.
