I feel exactly the same way as you for all the people in Y!A!
I am a smoker and I can't drink coffee without a cigarette! But in the morning I never smoke! I am 27 and I drink milk the first think in the morning! After at the office I drink my coffee, smoking!
I smoke DAVIDOFF slims white!
Unforunately I can't guess your brand of cigarettes as I live in Greece and I don't know the cheap American brands!

I would guess that you smoke USA,or USA GOLD brand cigs.I like to drink hot chocolate in the winter months but I drink coffee the rest of the time,and I always have a Marlboro light with my drink of choice.

I'm a non smoker, and I drink coca cola to wake me up every morning. I'm guessing that you smoke "Swisher Sweets"... or Marlboro because you asked a while back about all the points you had... like 6,000 that went to waste... what a shame..

I don't smoke. I used to but, I quit for my health and for my children. First thing in the morning, I drink water...later I have decaf...but NO cig!!....:) Take care.
