Yes. See Robert Zubrin's "The Case for Mars" Requires hydrogen imported from Earth and CO2 from the Martian atmosphere. It's 19th century chemistry.

Dear friend
Making Fuel isnt a simple process. To Make fuel on mars we will have to spend a lot of money. And moreover to make fuel machines are required, techonology is needed to work without oxygen. To transport those bulky machines a lot of money is needed, scentists try to keep these plans for future because our techonology isnt so developed and moreover I think that there is a plenty of fuel on earth at the moment. You might be thinking that from mars by re-fueling the rockets we will allow them to go into further space but why not to creat such rockets which consume very less fuel. Goodluck.

Yes i think it is possible to make rocket fuel on mars. Rocket fuel is basically a mixture of chemicals that undergoes a exothermic chemical reactions to provide hot gas which is used by the rocket for its take-off. So if you are lucky enough to find those chemicals on mars and if you are equally lucky enough to gather huge funds from governments all around the world then you can possibly make rocket fuel on mars one day. cheers!!

Yes we can. We can make liquid oxygen fuel using carbon dioxide extracted from the Martian atmosphere, although this would be a lengthy process. One of the proposed plans for a mission to Mars would be to send a preliminary unmanned "fueling craft" which would sit on Mars for a year creating fuel for the trip home.

Firstly we have to find the fuel energy source in earth planet, then we can proceed to MARS. at this moment, we are not able fullfill our earth requirement.
We need to find the alternative fuel source, which can be easily available.

We can probably dig to get water and use solar power to electrolyse hydrogen and oxygen fuel, so yes.

No ITS NOT YET PROVEN BUT WE CAN MAKE ROCKET FUEL FROM BREAKING DOWN THINGS METAL SO SMALL THAT IT EXPLODES. SCIENTISTS CALL THIS SCIENCE NANO SCIENCE. IT THE STUDY OF VERY SMALL PARTICLES.
