go to the website www.adobe.com it has the software to edit convert .pdf file

Open the pdf file then File > Save As. In Save As Type choose Ms Word document (.doc). You must have PDF writer installed.

There are some free shareware programs that will do this try looking on download.com. I've tried one of these, it was a bit ropey, but then it was free...
You should find that you can highlight sections of a PDF and paste them into word as a graphic - you won't be able to edit it though. In order to edit PDF you will need acrobat writer - which is a chargeable version of Acrobat reader (ie. it's not a free download).
Some PDF's contain security passwords to prevent editting or printing, if this is the case with the file you have, you may not be able to do anything with it...
