I would never pick an individual person as a role model. I would pick certain characteristics of individual people as role models. No one can live up to anyone's expectations. They are human and bound to make mistakes.
But I would pick Donald Trumps ability to get himself out of debt numerous times. Martha Stewarts ability to organize. Bill Gates foresight. Everyone has certain qualities that stand out. I would pick out that quality but not the whole person as an individual role model.

People in general are too fallible to act as role models. Everybody has their flaws.
