i feel guilty when i do it... like after a very exotic pleasure.. its all gone later when the fact that i know God sees me..... and then comes this karma... like after masturbating, something bad happens later... please help......

I really feel sorry for you if you think like that.
Masturbating gives nothing but pleasure and everyone does it, admit it or not.
You have nothing whatsoever to feel guilty about.

i dont think you should stop at all, its a part of the way we are and something which we all need to do, wether we are with someone or not, thinking that karma comes after you masturbate is only in the mind, cause you feel guilty, but their is nothing to feel guilty about, as im sure god understands your needs, just try not to think that bad things will happen to you after you do this, cause bad things always happen to us all. good luck, and always have fun when you masturbate .

Sounds like you are letting your conscience get in the way of your pleasure. It is perfectly health to masturbate, but if you are letting it bug you this much....cut back or stop. Good luck.
