I have just removed some stickers from the PAINTED bumpers of my car. Spray them with WD40 and leave it to soak in. Use an old non-sharp table knife to scrape them off.
TAKE CARE to keep the knife at a very shallow angle so it JUST scrapes the sticker off.
Too steep an angle and it will remove the paint.
Works well on chrome and avoids scratches.
WD40 gets of the sticky as do most polishes.

WD40 is good, however if this is not at hand a hair dryer will do it.Warm up the whole sticker by blowing hot air on to it, this will melt the glue and you will be able to peel the sticker off.Do not concentrate the heat in any one place for too long as you can damage the paint work if it gets too hot.

My most popular goo remover is straight out of the kitchen... Lemon essence!.
Its is used to add lemon flavour to food and just like the various citrus based commercial goo removers it is natural citrus and does the trick too. Just remove as much of the sticker as possible so as to reduce its plastic waterproofing then put some essence on and let it soak in for a little bit. it will dissolve the goo and it will wipe off any smears can be removed with lemon essence on a damp tissue or alternatively with shampoo.

Year make model???????????? If it has plastic bumpers it is a little difficult....Take your hair dryer out and heat the sticker 'till you can lift as much as possible of the sticker off..Finish it off with GOOP or some like product that lifts the gooey stuff....If it is metal take a window scraper and attack it..Hold the scraper as flat as possible and very gently remove as much as possible. Be careful not to gouge the chrome. Again, finish it off with GOOP..In the future, Sarah, break anyone's arm who try's to put anything on your car...

You can try soaking the sticker with WD-40 and then peel it off, or use a hair dryer and warm it up and peel it off. Then remove any left over adhesive with some goo-gone or some similar product.

look between your front and back doors when they are open at the bottom there should be a plate with letters or numbers on it , this is the name of the exact colour paint your car is ie mnx is platinum silver for a rover .
rub the sticker off with light sandpaper and go to a car paint shop with this number and they'll mix it and put it in a spray tin for about £10 , spray it on from about 12 inches away and you'll never know it's been done , good for touch up to .

on the crome plated bumper, razor blade, remove the sticker, then use a spray product like GOO-GONE. This product is the only thing that I have found, besides diesel fuel to remove the sticker goo. Goo-gone smells better than diesel fuel and to my experience will not hurt paint if it is painted instead of cromed.

WD40 is great for removing adhesives and it won't damage paint. Just peel the thing off and then work some WD40 into the glue with a soft cloth.

carry the bottle with a pair of tongs over a boiling pan of water to steam off the label. Or, peel off as a great number of the sticky label as you could and use Goo long gone cleanser on the residue.
