Depends on the reason for the dancing. In WW2 the Germans celebrated our defeat at Pearl. The English Did as well Knowing that they were no longer alone. Israelis I hear too had a bit of a smile for the same reasons, Misery loves company......
Edit JACK I meant Isreal was Happy After WTC as misery Loves company. Not WW2, I have a good understanding of the history of the Middle east... The asker may be eluding to the fact that many Israelies were seen dancing after WTC

Do you have a list of countries to be blacklisted? There are some in S E Asia where the portrait of Osama the Hero appeared on t-shirts immediately after 9/11 - popular at night markets with local youths.
By the way, these countries continue to enjoy excellent trade and other benefits including financial from the US. We love America... and Osama.

After what the West has been doing to the Middle East for the past century, I wouldn't be surprised at all if some people were happy to see a little payback. If you'd crack a history book once in a while you'd understand why. Ah, but why let facts get in the way?

Oh and by the way, when you send us that "Foreign Aid", never mind the beer, we're gettin' the good stuff from Germany and Holland........instead we'd like more nachos and that spicy salsa stuff. Our Mexican supply dried up since they all moved there.
P.S. You might want to tell Thorgirl that Pearl Harbor was attacked in 1941.....Israel didn't exist until 1948.

If I was in charge, I would carpet bomb most any other country in the Middle East until there was nothing left. Then I would help myself to the oil.
