There aren't really any exercises that will help you. There is no muscle in the breast tissue, and even stregnthening the muscles behind and around the breasts can only do so much. It's one of those things that you either deal with and purchase a bra with more support or get plastic surgery to lift them.

There aren't any muscles in the breast so you can't do a specific exercise to make them firm. What you can do is to work all the surrounding muscles like your shoulders, abs, chest, and by doing that you will have a lifting effect.

Pushups, bench press etc. remember that you gotta go for the burn and stretch after each set. Then take a couple day's rest to heal and grow. If it don't make you sore then you're not working the muscles hard enough.

you should wear a good supporting bra at all times, that way you will not stretch the muscles. And ado some weight training with small weights. Go to your local gym thay will show you how.
