does anyone know of a website where u can download and save for free a large quatity of photos jpegs over 100mb basically

Well. You can download as many JPG pictures from flickr.com as you wish for free.
However, you won't be able to use them for commercial purpose for free.

i always use photobucket. you can store photos plus search and save photos you find online, &&& you can edit your photos. pretty much all you'll ever need rolled up on one site. =)
