Very often a headache is due to sinusitis this is the most common. There is a very unique Kashmiri remedy. Take a pinch of common salt and inhale it into your nostrils. Check this out. Recently I read of this in one of the magazines. Warm water, put a teaspoon of salt, hang your head over the bed, with a dropper drop by drop into your nostrils. Almost instantaneously your headache is gone. If not there is some other reason, anaemia, eyesight problems, tooth or ear problems etc.

yeap i have. its the worsttttttttttttttttttttt. super terrible. you feel like your on the verge of death. it hurt so bad i puked several time and that made iot even worst. omg that was the worst day of my life i tell you. i only got that once in my life.its really bad
