Men are women for the first 6 weeks of their life (as an embryo). So, for these 6 weeks you develop as a woman before you get the male sex hormone so you develop big fat nip nips.

Both men and women are born with nipples . After some years the sex hormones develop differently . The female hormones(oestrogen) act on the breast tissues which grow into an adult b female breast. with an enlarged nipple caused by skin stretching.
In the male the hormones do not act on the breast tissues which stays as in the birth stage and so the nipple stays rudimentary.
Again it is all to do with hormonal differences,

well - men's nipples serve no obvious purpose, but they are an eregenous zone. That is that they are very sensitive.
Ever tried rubbing, lightly chewing them during sex?
Some men love it, others don;t.....
