acceptable weight gain during pregnancy:
first trimester (weeks1-13) none (or up to 4 lbs water retention)
second and third trimester (weeks 14-42) .8 - 1.2lbs each week

so at week 30 you should have gained 13 - 24lbs

There really is not an amount that you should or should not have put on. These days weight is not seen as an important indicator of how the baby is growing as long as you are measuring ok.
20 pounds would probably be seen as a desirable about by 30 weeks, but lots of women put on more or less.
Just put the scales away and weigh yourself again 2 weeks after the baby is born. You can take your weight loss from there.

Weight gain is different for every woman ( body mass and body type are taken into considerartion). If you are underweight you should gain between 28-40 pounds. If you are overweight 15-25 pounds. If you are obese you should not gain more than 15 pounds. If you are in a healthy weight range you should gain between 25-35 pounds. If you are having twins you should gain around 35-45 pounds.

The normal rate is 12 to 14 kg for the whole pregnancy period. so normally it should be like 1-1.5 kg per month.

Be active , don't let people treat you as if you are ill , you are just pregrant. walk , do exercise and if possible I recomand you yoga .

take care

bye

I would ask my doctor. You will be seeing him every month for a while. S/he'll tell you if you're gaining too much or too little.
