I just read an interview featuring one of the xbox360 developers and he stated that the 360's GPU can currently use DX10, although there are no games that use it as of now. He stated that as being one of the advantages that it has over the PS3's GPU.

The 360 isn't a PC, or a PC-in-disguise like the original Xbox was.

The 360 uses nonstandard hardware,and even if you hack it, you could only get it to run Linux or an outdated version of Mac OS.
