I have several cartilage piercings and I want to wear an ear cuff. However, I want one that is for pierced ears and need to know if there is a place where I can have something like that made for me.

Check with jewelery store or you might be able to take a class at your local community college on how to make jewelery and others might just like your designs.

Go to a jewel shop, but not something like Tiffany and co, they won't! And ask for that, if they cant they might be able to tell you where to go!
