I don't know why the others are saying it was a song on the album of the same name, but it is NOT a track on the album (which, incidentally, is titled The Dark Side of the Moon). The tracks on the album are:
Speak to Me
Breathe in the Air (sometimes in the same track as Speak to Me)
On the Run
Time
The Great Gig in the Sky
Money
Us and Them
Any Colour You Like
Brain Damage
Eclipse

Everybody's wrong...
The album is indeed called "Dark Side Of The Moon", but the song that contains the line "I'll see you on the dark side of the moon" is actually titled "Brain Damage", not "Eclipse" as a few have suggested. Brain Damage flows right into Eclipse, with Eclipse's lyrics beginning with "all that you touch, all that you see..." with no mention of the moon until the last line "the sun is eclipsed by the moon".

Both! This was the first rock music to have the same beat/tempo as the human heart. Interesting stories on the web about dark side of the moon. Some of my favorite music is from this album.
Enjoy.

Both,... a classic album, a definitive album for a generation and a bloody good song as well.
In the late 60s early 70s it was quite common to call an Album by the leading song title.

I don't want to be # 9000 telling you the same thing but I did want to piggy back on what Lukas said. If you want to watch the film and listen to the cd together, be sure to press play when the lion roars in the beginning of the movie. It is VERY interesting. Or you can actually get it pre-synched, if you like. I added a link for that if you're interested. Incidentally, piggy backing on what he said before me, "I'll see you on the dark side of the moon" is a line in "Brain Damage" not an actual song title. Enjoy!

Techncially neither.
The Album is called "Dark Side of the Moon"
****UPDATE ******
Removed the mention to "Eclipse".
That is what I get for doing that at 3am. Kompakt25 is right. It is "Brain Damage" that contains that line.
