my girlfriend says she doesn't like sex ever since cancer. I have lost the interest or pleasure and we were used to going at it like rabbits. Would things change in the future and or is there a drug she could take to enhance her sexual response.

Well, it's not that uncommon. I always thought I was the only one until a couple years ago CNN ran an article that about 1% of the adults is asexual. I don't miss it, don't have a relationship and don't feel lonely.
But if with your gf it has a physical cause (the cancer), she used to like it & she has a relationship, then it's probably something she'd want to change. See a doctor, perhaps it's hormonal or has some deeper psychological cause.

My guess is that it is sex with you that she doesn't like, and no, you are not the only one...
