I wanna alter a picture of a freind of mine and make him look like he's doing somethin embrassing(gay pride parade,him wearing a bikni,make him look like a super hero,etc) so i can embrasse him in front of my other freinds

Thats a good idea , but I'm not sure maybe you could type alter picture or something along the lines in your search engine or something !!! c wot u come up wit.

I don't think there are website that'll let you do that. You need to use Photoshop or something similar.

Windows has a program that does that, its called paint.
