Don't go looking for anything weird or eat too much of just one thing. Fruits and vegetables can't hurt anybody. And little fish may be.

Lots of green leafy vegies, take your pregnancy vitamins and try and eat organic. Pesticides and chemicals can actully make dumber babies!
When I get pregnant I will only eat organic as I want to give my baby the best start in life!

High quality proteins like lean meat, cottage cheese and yoghurt. Vegetables, brown rice, oatmeal and whole weat bread.
Avoid sugar, salt, fat, junk food and pre-processed foods.
A good rule of thumb is that if you have to cook it, mix it or prepare it, it's probably good to eat. If all you have to do is buy it or stick it in the microwave, it's probably too full of fat and salt.
