I have a problem with this - its actually your hips. Mine was excacerbated by pregnancy, but also because I am hyper-mobile (extremely bendy). You need to do pilates (but only with a very experienced teacher - get it wrong and you could make it worse.) A lot of ballet dancers have this problem and do pilates for it. Also, when its bad, keep moving. I used to get seized up in bed to the point I couldn't get out of it without help.

It start to get better a few months after birth and of course once not breastfeeding you can take pain killers. Best of luck

that's rather known regrettably.....I even have had rib discomfort considering 18 weeks pregnant. some weeks that's stressful and insufferable, and a few weeks the little guy strikes out and that i've got partial alleviation yet uncooked, bruised ribs. i hit upon at night that laying on a heating pad (on your returned) works wonders. if it rather is undesirable I placed a element of it on my ribs, yet never for too long, and not in any respect on the tummy the place the toddler is. I additionally use ice packs on the top uterus/ ribs to get him to circulate his foot very straight away out of there. Tylenol is ineffective. different than those issues, stretching and attempting to have somebody provide you a rubdown sometimes paintings. I even have grown to stay with some soreness until he's born :)

The heat pads are a good idea, I had these problems on my last pregnancy (my fourth) and it was agony and waited for an appointment with the physio for 'Symphysis Pubis' support and back pain help at the local hospital who ended up 'on holiday', 'full appointment book' whatever. I ended up receiving an appointment when my baby was 4 weeks old!!!
Floating in the local swimming pool helped and warm baths.

hi there and congratulations with the pregnancy, i would suggest that u try a maternity pillow at night and also during the day when sitting, also try getting on all fours sometimes just letting your bump hang, this will take some of the weight off your back for a while, that's what i did as i have a #spine from a car accident a few years ago...good luck.

You should go back to the docs and ask to be referred to a physio who will be able to actually help you rather than just tell you what's wrong.

I would suggest you try reflexology. I had neck/back pain when I was pregnant and it really helped.
