If your asexual, don't do anything.
If your wanting, and live in a larger city, there should be support groups! Many people have "mates" that his husbands and wives that are asexual too! That's correct, they marry people they never have sex with. They believe that marriage transcends mere body contact and is in the realm of love, on an emotional and physically "safe" level of taking care of each other physically not sexually. There are shows documenting such relationships, but you have to watch for them. Look under Yahoo! Groups for Asexual Groups (or start your own!) and realize that your lifestyle is not unusal. The Bible even says that this lifestyle is PREFERRED to marriage if the person is able to "stand" not having physical relationships, simply because it gives them a measure of physical, emotional and monetary security that married couples do not have. However, it is not saying its totally better, just safer spiritually.

It depends ... are you happy this way?
If not, it could definitely mean a hormone imbalance. Many women have been placed on the pill or given testosterone shots to increase their sex drive when they have such an imbalance. (Men same way.)
If, instead, you are referring to your psyche (and I just realized this was an alternative lifestyle comment area -- I picked it out of the general mass at the front), I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is the world around you demanding that you determine a gender. Why not, instead, let you define yourself. You need not have a gender, or a sexual preference, if you so choose not to do so.
Good luck with all --

I do not believe that asexual applies to humans, only to plants and some cold blooded animals.
But, if you think you are asexual, have an affair with yourself and see if you like it.

It don't matter, you are still a person and anyone that wants to knock what you feel, isn't worth your time, or words.

As long as you do not perceive it as a problem, then it is not a problem.
