ones that are formed when sediments such as broken up bits of shell, plants and animals are put unter a lot of force for example water which forms the rock. The sedimentary rock will look grainy and posibly lined with different colours due to the sediments and the force with which it was produced

i dont know bout rocks but i know the white cliffs of dover r made up because of broken shells and crushed bones gettin pushed thru the sea bed
