I PREFER THE ANSWER FACTOR. WHEN ANSWERING YOUR OPINION THOUGHT,ETC... IT STIRS UP YOUR YOUR OWN THOUGHTS . THIS IS GOOD! YET, IF YOU DON'T ASK AT TIMES,YOU YOU WILL STILL BE PONDERING.

For me, it's easier to answer. There are pros and cons to each, though. To ask, is like admitting you don't know something and you lose five points but the pro is that you are one question smarter for taking action. To answer, you get to build your point status and educate someone while the con is to be denied of best answer or to be backlashed or ignored.

Answer. It is more interesting as you first have to wonder what the answer is. As Plato said in Theactetus, 155.: "Wonder is the feeling of a philosopher and philosophy begins in wonder". Isn't wonder the sweetest dream you can have. Remember Lewis Carroll wrote "Alice in Wonderland", which book thrills people till today. Read it and you will know what I say to be true.

it depends on u, if u don't want 2 loose points then u will prefer "answering"

To ask and to answer both, but when you have something in mind, for which you are sure you wont sound silly, or you can put your words in an appreciable way. :)
