Perhaps you mean you'd like to donate her body to science? If so, I believe you cannot do so unless you had her prior consent. If her organs are still in good condition, you may be able to register as an organ donor, but if she was elderly and died more than 72 hours ago, I expect it's too late for that.
Google some ideas for 'alternative to burial' - but keep in mind her family and friends will probably still want a funeral/service/wake. Surely she's left behind enough money in her will/her assets to cover the price of her funeral?
Is this really your decision anyway? If she's your aunt, I would imagine her siblings/children/closer next of kin would be making this choice, not you.

The question is would you like to be treated the same way when you die? If the answer is a genuine, YES ,then donate it. But be sure to see her waiting for you in the dark so while you getting at it, buy a crucifix

If you mean to donate her body for body part harvesting for transplants you need to contact the local hospital -
But the thing is there will still be the remainder of her body that will need to be cremated or something.

Maybe, but have you thought of having her body melted down and used to make glue, as they do with horses? A little dab will keep your posters up much better than Blu Tack......

I think it's a splendid idea. If it's not a general practice it should be.
If that isn't feasible a heafty bag on trash day should do just fine.
