james and phillip would be most logical answer but it doeas not specify that phillip is directly next to peter just says he is on the right so.... i say could b no-one

firstly,peter is sitting on philip's left and philip is between to extreme right.
then since to peter's left is james,hence the answer is
peter is siting in between james and philip
from left to right
