hi
you can buy the blue moon rose (although its more of a lilac blue colour) it is beautiful and as a wonderful smell. One of the earliest and most successful of the blue roses that will flower through summmer and autumn.
any good garden centre should stock it

you are looking for a rose called Blue Moon.
any good Garden Centre should be able to supply you with one of these.
I have seen several good specimens at Henry Street Garden Centre, this is at Arborfield near reading in Berkshire.
they should also be able to offer other suggestions as they specialize in rose growing.

Some flowers will suck up colour into their pettles. If all else fails, put some blue colouring into the water and see if the Rose is one of them.

not sure about blue but there is a rose called Blue Moon, it's lilac in colour but does sometimes have blue hints, i bought one and the colour and smell are beautiful, i found it quite hard to find though so would suggest to do as i did and check lots of garden centres.

They're not really blue, more lilac as the rose doesn't have the genes to make blue. Bakkers do one and they do mail order, but htier plants can be a bit small. They do offer a full money back guarantee.
