Drew is right. America has by far the cheapest computer hardware available anywhere on earth. The parts you're considering buying would only cost you $225-250 here, assuming you're smart enough to shop at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/

Moscow is one of many largest towns in the world. Is really a city that's developed fast in recent years, and, consequently, comprises high-rise suburbs bordering a comparatively lightweight historical centre with plenty of exciting historical architecture. The most crucial place of Moscow is the Red Square that has been for centuries, one's heart and soul of Russia. Here, you can visit the Century St. Basil's Cathedral, one of the very most popular items of structure on earth and the constructivist chart of Lenin's Mausoleum. Red Square happens to be a rich place in designs of Russia's turbulent and interesting past.

If you purchase computer hardware, expecially a hard drive, in Russia, you may find that customs will not let you bring it into the US. There are very strict laws about what computer parts and programs can be "imported" and "exported" between countries. US customs is unlikely to let you bring a "loose" hard drive into the country because they can not tell what programs or data might be on the drive. It would not be a smart idea to purchase those items in Russia.
