The simplest life forms have been grouped together as Monerans which include all types of bacteria like true bacteria, archaebacteria, mycoplasma etc. However, more simplest life forms are VIRUSES. The viruses exhibit life phenomena while living in their host cells.

The prokaryotes. Their are all unicellular and their cells are really, really simple. They only have a few ribosomes, one single DNA strand arranged as a ring and plasma membrane. The prokaryotes include the archaebacteria (those found in extreme environments) and eubacteria (true bacteria). If we were to base it on molecular and genetic studies, the eubacteria are most primitive and simplest life-forms. Archaebacteria somehow already share some common characteristics with eukaryotes.

Why are you addressing this question to atheists?? do not you already know that human beings from each religious historic past, inclusive of religious Christians, settle for the medical information for evolution? The rather trouble-free life types that exist as we communicate are actually not the comparable because of the fact those which existed thousands and thousands of years in the past. they are new species of straightforward life types. They too have progressed. there is not any species alive on earth as we communicate which exchange into alive a million years in the past. exchange is an critical area of organic and organic life.

There is no such thing as a simple life form as all life forms are complex, and intelligent in its own way like the above me said bateria, well bacteria learns to adapt and change and become more resiliant to medications and things.
