Have food in your stomach. The reason you usually get it in the morning is because you use up the food in your stomach while you sleep, so eat a high protein, late meal at night and this will last a lot longer in your stomach.

Try eating something high carb in the morning to replace sugars more quickly. I sometimes kept museli bars by the bedside and had a mouthful the first thing in the morning.

During the day, ginger tea is good or suck on mints and eat regularly, preferably low to middle GI foods, so that your blood sugar level is always good and doesn't get too high or low.

During an attack, jellybeans or jellybabies are also great because they put sugar back into your body quickly and stop it panicking that it doesn't have enough food (aka morning sickness).

Hope it helps.

it is a proven fact that 97% of women who suffer from morning sickness are lacking something in there diet. recommend you eat more, atleast three to six times a day, and, if you walk everyday or atleast keep active for a hour or two every day you wont gain waight anywhere that you dont wont to. if that doesn't work there is a natural tablet that you can suck on every 15 minutes or so called NAUSMED. if you cant find that ask at the health shop

there really isn't a cure for morning sickness, crackers and bread are your best bet the bread soaks up the acid in your stomach that can cause the sickness. stay away from acidic foods, oranges, orange juice, tomato's etc that can cause a build up. your body is purging what it deems unnecessary for the baby. if you cant keep anything down not even water go to your doc. they maybe able to percribe you something to help keep food down. lots of water, Gatorade, powerade drinks the electrolytes will help keep you hydrated if you can't eat much.

You can make a tea from warm water, ginger root, lemon, and a little bit of honey. It's soothing on your stomach.

Vitamin B6 also helps, as does eating small, frequent, low sugar meals during the day.

If you can't keep food down at all, you should see your doctor.

my wife said what helped her the msot was to constantly have something in her belly. if she felt hungry at all she would eat. crakers were always by the bed. she'd wake in the middle of the night and start snaking on crakers. she never once had morning sickness. or at any other time of the day either.

not saying this will work for you, but it did for her.
