Ok, so first things first, you should make sure you started loving thiz person and iz not just an infatuation before doing nething. But if you do know you love thiz person, then you should break it to them, but give them the deluted version, like letting them know that you like them, bcuz iz hard tellin how they would react to someone spilling their love into their lap. Then if they are having that, then give it a little at a time. The rest iz up to you.

U r just thinking. Ok then u try to feel it like u dont see or talk to him for few days and see whether u can live without him if u feel that u can do that then u can think its just infatuation or attraction towards him. If u feel u cant do that then really u r in love.

for me, it's not love cause love is an action not a feeling. maybe it's more of liking the person. maybe because you share common interests or because you've never meet someone like ___. if you're willing to take a risk tell it to that person. but think it over first before you make your decision.

first of all you said you THINK you have started loving someone, so you should first figure out if you do love that someone before you say anything, next ask around of all the people who know him/her and find out if they have heard any rumours, if your to shy ask your more confident friends to do it, once you have that sorted, if the results are positive, make your move if they are not positive he is not worthy of your love.
