Actually Bush HAS committed crimes. the US is a signatory to the Geneva conventions. The US has breached many of the rules of war. The most serious being the illegal invasion based on lies for WMD that the US KNEW did not exist prior to the invasion. Invading a foreign sovereign state, when there was NO IMMINENT threat whatsoever from that state, is a serious breach of international law. It was NOT a defensive action, it was a naked aggressive action and illegal. Whether you agree with Bush or not, it is still a crime.

But Bush cannot be tried at the world court as the USA does not recognise the ICC. Blair, on the other hand did sign up to the ICC and should be tried for war crimes.

Does the idea really appeal to you that much.....to try president that one dislikes by a world court......think Clinton would of sent assistance to the former Yugoslavia if he could be tried cause one person disliked it...........don't forget WW2.....nothing would ever get gone internationally

how about all the Dem's that voted for the war.......they were his enablers.......just as guilty.......some will run for president in 2008...they said it was OK to go to war

my question.........how was it that the racist democratic south was part of the progressive party from 1932 to 1980....should the Democratic of been tried or supporting racist state governments....George Wallace was a Democratic governor...all those that fought school integration in the south...all Dem's....check the votes for the 1964 civil rights legislation......republicans passed it......where were the Dem's bud
check who were the governors

was it a Dem or repub that dropped a nuclear bomb...mm-mm

if you're offering a proper trial....all the guilty should be charged

As a NON signing country to the World Court the USA does not subject it's own people to it. Perhaps you would like to try and grab him and send him to trial? anyone?? Hmmm I though not.
