Are dragons gentle towards their riders, masters or other people?

It all depends on how they got treated as youngsters.
Some dragons were abused and end up being surly and mean spirited. The best thing you can do with them is light your cigarette when they get mad.
Some dragons are really, really nice and you can tell they were treated well when they grew up. These are fun to ride.
Some dragons just sit on the wall and stare at me until the nice man comes to give me my injection and take my computer away from me.

Okay, first you know that dragons aren't real, right? Okay, good. Dragons don't let people ride them unless there is a VERY good reason. They don't have human masters. If a human can survive being near one, he considers himself lucky. Or smart. Or both. Unless the author says different. Because dragons do not exist except in books and crappy movies.

It is true that a dragon can see your soul. If you have a good soul and your intentions are true Yes the dragon is manageable and kind. If your soul is dark and your intentions are not so good the dragon is fierce and defensive.

From experience we know living things have personalities like we do. And even wild animals can be comfortable with humans
when raised around them from the time they are born.
