perhaps it's because of the inquisitive nature that is considered a norm of the human mind. curiosity leads us to explore the boundaries and test the given, that we may find something new. perhaps it is also that insatiable (though sometimes unconscious) desire to learn, invent/innovate, and discover.
it's impossible for a human to have complete knowledge about everything. that serves as a drive to find out as much as we possibly can. however, it also serves as a reason for answering to be more difficult. because human knowledge is limited to a certain extent (that varies per individual), people could not always provide a reasonable and acceptable answer. it may be because of not experiencing or not having learned about a certain topic. no matter how intelligent a person may seem, no one is too intelligent that he or she would not need to question.

I am the other way around. I seem to have had a lot of experience that gives me some understanding about things, but i am not really sure what the right questions to ask are. Perhaps that should be my question...
"What is the right question?"

Because people won't ever believe that an answer to their question can be simple and easy. They feel that the answer to questions must have a complex and muddled answer so their questions build and build. Plus, it's just built in humans to question.

Because you wonder about things so it makes you question. You might actually have to LOOK or do RESEARCH to find an answer. If you're not careful, you might start thinking for yourself, and then where would we be?

You learn by asking questions while for answering questions you should have knowledge of what is being asked

its very simple to ask questions, anything that comes to our mind can be asked. but for answers we need proper authentication that what we have said is accurate. lot of background work has to be done, especially if its something beyond our subject. eg. it was so simple for u to ask this question but to give a proper comprehensive answer, am having to read what i have said again & again & am also wondering if it convincing enough for u!
