Sorry dude she has every right to have the abortion. But I thought it had to be in the first trimester and if she's 16 weeks That puts her at 4 mos and into the second. I would call a lawyer and find out!

Jeez, this place is catty. I don't think there is any law in America about that. May be in some third world nation. Over half America's population would basically say the same thing as the previous answerers. I'm not going to argue with them or I would never get to the point of needing to worry about a girlfriends abortion,

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I believe that she has the right to make her own decision. It would vary depending on the situation, but she has every right to choose for herself.

Yes, man has the right. Without him the fetus was not created. Nevermind, whose body it is. It is his sperm that is growing. He has loaned it to her. She has the 'instrument' to grow it. If he wants to terminate it, sure, he can do so. It is like asking for the loan back.
