By giving us the first two options that means that you have the capability to buy 700$ PC. By saying that i'm going to eliminate the 3rd PC emachines.
Now you have 1 Compaq and 2 Acer.
From my experience i worked on both of these computers and the comments reagrding Compaq performance in little bit better than Acer.
By compairing the specification the processor is dual core which give you much perfromance than single core or D processor.
the additional is the sound card, Keyboard which i dont think that it will make different.
I've been using the dual core technology since one year and its amazing. The computer will not be helted whatever you will do.
This is my opinion and the rest is up to you to choose which by the way good choices.
Good luck

truthfully, from a technician's perspective... they're all pretty gross, however, of those 3, #1 is the best choice, because it has the best parts and features, also, of those 3, the Compaq brand will break down the least often (although it's not 100%, it's more reliable than the other 2)
I think this is a better deal

better video card and features.

OK, I think these are good computers, (Except the Emachine)
If you absolutely have to get one of these then i would definately recommend the HP, but if you are just worried about the price then i recommend dell. You should go and customize a dell the are the top of the line Desktops and in your pricerange. Plus once you choose oone you can customize it to your exact needs and still somehow end up in your pricerange! Check it out...

either go for the compaq or the acer. they are quite similar but i would count on compaq for better support. either way, you should eventually get an extra graphics card, even in the area of geforce 7600gt.

If you're a gamer, get this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16883102683 If not, get this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16883103031 Both are three times as good as any that you've linked to, and are slightly cheaper to boot.

Number 1 (although think about boosting the RAM up to 2GB if you can afford it)
