How do I go about applying for a College or University place without the use of UCAS?

I am a Zambian citizen who is currently living in Zambia. I have been trying to apply for a place in a university or college in the UK but it seem all of the are under UCAS. I have visited the UCAS website and It has not been easy. Now my question is, is there any other way I can apply online but not through UCAS? Please I really need your help people.

If you find ucas hard then consider yourself not good for any university in the UK . Thank you .
