200 dollar more in the cheque?

when i payed my tuition by mistake i gave a cheque which was 200 dollar more than was required.
what should i do now?
will the college give me a refund?

get a copy of the check, and a bank statment, then go to the bursars office and complain and demand a refund.

Get a certified copy, mail the cashier's office a letter explaining the overpayment with a copy (keep one for yourself). Either ask for a refund, or ask that it be applied to your next term. I'm sure it happens all the time.
