Like Ojamajo DoReMi torrents don't work from websites
like:www.anmiesuki.com and such...

first, you must have the torrent downloader program (exp bitcomet,bittorrent) and you have to do it online.
second, see the seed and peers. if the seeder is much smaller than the peers than the download will be very slow or not work.

The both answer are correct. it may the torrent client (bitcomet, setc) may not work on some seed, you have to check the torrent is active or dead. If you download the dead torrent you won't be able to downloda anything. Try download other torrent from another site. I recomended the fansubs, Doremi Fansubs http://www.doremi-fansubs.com/ or http://www.datorrents.com/ or
http://www.tokyotosho.com/

the answer above is correct. I'll just add that sometimes some torrent won't work with bitcomet. If so use utorrent.
