I am bi-sexual, and I think that a co-worker is interested in me. She is always smiling, touching my arm and my leg when we talk ... and telling me how nice I look. However, this is a delicate subject and considering I have to work with her everyday, how can I find out for sure?

I would say honestly, if you like her and that's the way she acts and you always get along at work, then invite her hang out with you one night or go out and do something, if she feels the same way about you as you do her then something will evolve. It's as simple as that, and if nothing does happen and it doesn't work out, at least you have a new friend! Good Luck! :)

Difficult situation....you dont wanna be touching her and making it too obvious incase she is not bi/gay in which case you would be making a fool out of yourself and feel really embarrassed.
I would suss the situation out with other people maybe bring into conversation, maybe someone will let slip her sexual orientation.
Otherwise go out and get drunk and then try it on, at least that way you can blame the drink if she rejects you.
Good luck!

Stay away from relationships at work.

In most states, homosexuality is still a crime.

Its DEFINATELY not covered under most employment laws.

Therefore if your boss found out, not only could you (and she) loose your jobs but you could also be arrested for sodomy.

Personally I think she's probably interested. But I also think that she'd better be someone really special if its worth both of you being unemployed and in jail.

Try to get her into a social setting outside of work - i.e. a happy hour function or something and see how she responds to your flirting.
