hi i am a student in iran and i suggest you to enjoy your life . life has too ups and downs i mean you should not make yourself sad or with stress for nothing. just try alot and try to learn everything deeply and dont study all the book the day before the exam study during the term then you would not be worry. good luck!

you have nothing to fear but fear it's self. Take a deep breath before the exam. You must have studdied dillegently for this exam.Relax. Start at the beginning of the exam and answer the questions you know. Do not hesitate in these answers. Then go back over test & answer any questions you had to skip.Use reason as you need to fill in the last questions. You & only you have the ability to beat exam fear with knowledge.

First u have to prepare your self well for the exam. Then the day before exam, u should not do much effort in study, go out for a while, have a nice cup of ice cream, glass of hot milk before bed and sleep early. Good luck.

you Remember kids songs a stupied song that you were singing while you were young yea just sing it in a loud voice and try to make your friend do that and forget about the exam and you will spent all the time before the exam laughing and try just not to think about the exam that will make it easer;)

it would take a psychotic to feel no fear during exams, I suggest you be prepared for the exam and not cram.
