Weird question, but here goes !
According to one legend when she was three she wanted Zeus to grant her lifelong chastity, so how about :
"Dad - I want to be a virgin for the rest of my life".
This would be the root cause of most of her legends, such as the killings of Actaeon and Orion for seeing her naked or trying to rape her.
