why do some women have stretch marks. Is this fair for the man who has to see them?

Stretch marks are caused by gaining weight too quickly. Sometimes gaining weight is not completely under the woman's control, so your question about fairness is just as relevant to some of us as "is it fair that women have to look at men w/ acne, etc." Especially during pregnancy, plenty of women end up with stretch marks when the belly starts to grow, the skin stretches over it, and sometimes it happens too fast for it to stretch nicely. It's a natural part of life and the human body. (men get them too if they let their weight go)

90% of the population has stretch marks....and alot of those have never been overweight in their whole life, Some lucky people never get them they have good genes..If a man doesn't want any faults in is women he should buy them from matel!!!! Men have stretch marks too i bet if you look closely you might even see them...look at your butt! Stretch marks are the result of extream fluctuations in weight. Either the woman lost lots of weight or gained lots of weight in a short amount of time. And as for the man, tuff f*$@ing luck!! If the man who sees them really loves the woman he will not care, nor should he! My bf never mentions mine. The woman can, if she chooses, use massage lotions and such to reduce appearences. If you are a man in this situation, do yourself a favor, do not bother your gf about them. If you must, suggest the lotions only once, if you say more, your genitals may be in peril!!!

They have stretch marks because their skin is stretched to the max, for example when a baby stretches out a woman's stomach. If you don't like it, they don't date someone who has it. But if you really loved the woman, stretch marks wouldn't matter!
