If you are saying you never experienced breast soreness during your period, then you may want to have an examination, even though you are 29 you could have breast cancer (there was a case in the USA of a 17 yr old being diagnosed with BC).

Another possability is Cistic Fibroids in the breast, my Mum has them and they cause extream pain in her left breast only. Either way, get an examination, maybe a mamogram, just to make sure. Your doctor will know how to go about diagnosing and treating.

I am 23 years old and these last two weeks before my period I have had the most horrible breast soreness. However, it was on both sides, equally sore. I would go to an obgyn and have a mammogram done. Call the doctor.

I used to have that problem. Even after I went through my change, at 35, mine did that for a few years after. It is probably nothing but check with your doctor or Ask a Nurse.
