overhead tricep extensions. Lay on a bench and place a dumbell behind your head on the floor....yada yada yada...ask someone if you don't know. A good and easy set/rep to start out with and keep if you want is 3 sets of 8-10. Like this the best because it also works your abs....you're contracting your abs when your pulling the dumbell over your head. Good luck

i use about a 70 lb dumb bell raise it over my head with both hands and raise it up and down behind my head.. usually about 3 sets of 10
