First, I'd set up the video camera in order to verify the situation.
Then I'd inflate a blow-up doll and put it in the window as a target.
And once the sniper takes the bait, I'd take my shotgun and blast that sniper into next week.

I'd probably wave....wouldn't want to discourage a hard worker. Either that or bake some sugar cookies and motion for him/or her to come down and have some tea with me. Ha! The cookies are poisoned..... take that ya dumb sniper!

It's rather a no-brainer: GET INSIDE THE BASEMENT AND CALL THE COPS. Except of course, if it's the SWAT team on the roof.

I would hide whaile calling a fake bomb threat in the building he is in then when he leaves to escape the police meet him at the bottom with my .45 and show him what his biggest mistake in life was.
