It's not "extra" skin; this is the source of much of the sexual pleasure you will experience during your life. (And it will make things better for your wife, too.) You most certainly don't want this important body part amputated!
Sit in a warm bath and try to hook two fingers under opposite edges of the foreskin and stretch gently - just until it hurts a very little bit. Hold for a few seconds. Repeat several times. Then later do the same thing out of the bath with a little baby oil or lotion. Keep doing this as often as possible. It should start to loosen up after a couple of weeks.
Your doctor can prescribe hormone cream that will speed up the process. Very few doctors still recommend circumcision for this condition. If yours does, he isn't up to date, and you need a second opinion. It's your body, and you should keep it WHOLE.

Look on the internet for information on Phimosis. That's what it sounds like. Yes, they sometimes have to do a circumcision, but I'm sure most doctors (and you of course) would rather see if any other options will work first. Go ahead and get it taken care of asap though(talk to your doctor), you don't want this painful problem to cause any more damage or pain in your life. Good luck.

Use lubrication, baby oil works pretty good. dont worry about sliding the skin, its the locomotion of the wrist that actually will make you release.

You need to be circumcised! Circumcised men enjoy much better hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and FAR better sexual sensation for both themselves and their famale partners. Do not listen to the women (like "Maple" below) and uncircumcised men who tell you not to be circumcised - they know nothing about it!

leave it alone, you are still growing, it will roll back, however if you want to masturbate, be gentle and use baby oil to prevent hurting the skin. be patient not to hold tightly.

you are one of the few candidates for circumcision. your foreskin is too tight its best to have it surgically removed. see a urologist, there may be another cure. good luck
