Since I can't find an aftermarket headers for my car; which is beneficial, just go with the stock catalytic converter with the after market exhuast system (Ark N2 Dual Exhaust) or an aftermarket cat (Magnaflow) with the aftermarket exhaust (Ark N2 Dual Exhaust System)???

By the way, I have a 2003 2.0L Inline-4 Hyundai Tiburon.

What would you do???

Be VERY careful about any modifications to the cats and exhaust. I don't know what state you live in, but it is a Federal offense to alter the fundamental function of the exhaust system because it can cause significant emissions problems.
Anything you use, be sure that it is legal in 50 states, that way you know it won't come back to bite you later. If it has an EO (Executive Order) number, it is CARB approved and won't cause you any grief if it properly installed.

A simple 5 second Yahoo search proves there are headers made for your car. As far as the cats go you are better off leaving the stock ones on. Theres really no benefit in a high flow converter on a 4 cyl engine unless it's forced induction other than it will be a little louder. It may actually cause a loss in power so think again before you get all excited about how loud your four banger exaust is going to be.
