Burning Zone 1 DVD to Zone 3 DVD?

How can I burn a Zone 1 DVD so it be seen on a Zone 3 DVD player? I will be doing this on my home PC.

Use DVDShrink and it will make your DVD copy a region free DVD.

u have to set the region on your burner for it to accpet zone 3 but how u gonna know if your dvd player is going to take zone 3
