A better title for President Bush might be "Taking Action", chosen due to the US response to these events: the 9/11 attacks, the attack on the warship USS Cole while it was refueling in Yemen, the attacks on American Embassies in Africa, the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq which set up events to remove a dictator and bring democracy, putting the terrorist's networks on the run and into hiding. Simpson's book may be tacky but "if i did it" deals with one chapter that is hypothetical and labeled fiction - a great part of the book likely is Simpson defending himself against false allegations. Possibly the "If i did it" title and chapter was decided by the publisher for the sensational value which they thought would translate into higher book sales. The publisher brought the deal to Simpson and offered the money - there's no confession and OJ has always stated his innocence.

Yet, the United States is still the most superior country in the world, he didnt screw over anybody but iraqis and there muslim extremist friends coming in from bordering countries or ones nearby to reinforce terrorist ideals. You cant do something without a cost like a war so dont even start to compare the rushing into a war against a tyrant and the slaughtering and beating of ones wife the same thing.

All humans make mistakes. We do what we think is right and sometimes we are wrong. But, at least some people try which is better than doing nothing. If you don't like something; do something about it. Don't wait for someone else to try and then criticize them for at least doing something.
